The purchase of a home or an investment is a huge step. It is my goal to help Buyers that I represent find the potential in each property so that the intrinsic value can be improved and expanded upon in the future. I believe that there should be a connection between my Buyers and their purchase; whether it is based on price, location or style. I want my clients to know in their hearts that they have made the best possible choice.
In representing Sellers, I know that one of the most important responsibilities with regard to listing a home is presenting it in the very best possible light. Exposure to the market is also of utmost importance to assure the highest selling price. Additionally, disclosures are extremely critical; telling prospective Buyers all the pertinent information up front is imperative to assure that there are no surprises during the escrow. Finally, knowing the Buyer's profile and ability to perform allows me to inform my clients in making the best decision about which offer to accept. I see all of these needs to be my responsibility, to assure that my Sellers are fully taken care of and that the strongest contract is put in place with the fewest problems and the greatest gain.

My experience is based on over 30 years of home ownership and renovation as well as more than two decades of real estate sales in leading San Francisco real estate companies at a top producing level. I am a native of SF and have an intimate knowledge of its climates, neighborhoods and idiosyncrasies.
